Who we are
Serpzio is a WordPress plugin operated by Pixy Digital (“the Service”). These Terms apply when you use the plugin, the serpzio.com website, or any associated dashboard.
The plugin (Free)
Free for unlimited time, single site. Provided as-is, with no SLA. You can uninstall any time; no data is sent to us by default.
Pro subscription
$30.00/month or $118.80/year (VAT included), billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancel any time from your account; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, aside from the 14-day window below.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked on your first purchase — see Cancellation & Refund. Reply to the welcome email or email ozan.zengin@pixydigital.com and we’ll refund it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Serpzio to generate spam, doorway pages, or content that violates Google or WordPress.org guidelines. We may terminate accounts that do, without refund.
Data ownership
All site data — keywords, analyses, drafts — belongs to you. We never claim a license over it. The plugin code is GPL-2.0+, the same as WordPress core.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost rankings, or revenue loss. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
Jurisdiction
Governed by Turkish law where applicable; disputes are resolved in the Istanbul courts. EU/UK consumers retain their mandatory local rights.
