What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), your site domain (for license activation), and your payment provider’s customer ID. Page-view analytics use first-party cookies only; we don’t ship third-party trackers on the marketing site.

What we don’t collect

Your AI provider API keys never leave your WordPress database. Your keywords, post content, and analyzer results stay on your server — we don’t have access to them.

Where data lives

Account and billing data are stored in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Stripe and PayTR hold payment instrument data on their own PCI-compliant infrastructure; we never touch card numbers.

Third parties

Stripe (US/EU), PayTR (TR), Resend (US) or AWS SES (eu-central-1) for transactional email, and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic. Each receives the minimum data needed to do its job.

Your rights

Request a data export or full deletion any time at support@serpzio.com. We respond within 30 days. EU residents have the rights set out in GDPR Articles 15–22; TR residents, KVKK Madde 11.
