2. Nature of the Service
Serpzio is a fully digital software (SaaS) subscription offering SEO and AI-search (GEO) analysis, content scoring and AI content generation for WordPress sites. There is no physical product or shipping.
3. Price and Payment
The $25 / $99 sticker is the pre-tax base; 20% VAT is added at checkout, so the amount charged is:
- Pro – Monthly: $25.00 + VAT $5.00 = $30.00 / month
- Pro – Yearly: $99.00 + VAT $19.80 = $118.80 / year
The subscription is recurring: at the end of your chosen period (month/year) the fee is charged again automatically from the saved card. Payments are taken securely (256-bit SSL) via Stripe.
4. Performance / Delivery
The service is digital and performed instantly: your subscription is activated the moment payment is confirmed, and you access the dashboard and the plugin's Pro features with your license key. Details: Delivery & Performance.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content/services, the statutory right of withdrawal may end once performance begins with the consumer's consent (Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15). Notwithstanding this, we offer an unconditional 14-day goodwill refund on a first purchase. Conditions: Cancellation & Refund (Right of Withdrawal).

Serpzio, WordPress siteleri için SEO ve yapay zekâ arama (GEO) analizi, içerik puanlama ve yapay zekâ içerik üretimi sunan, tamamen dijital bir yazılım hizmeti (SaaS) aboneliğidir. Fiziksel ürün satışı ve kargo teslimatı bulunmamaktadır.
3. Fiyat ve Ödeme
$25 / $99 etiket fiyatı KDV hariç bazdır; ödeme adımında %20 KDV eklenir ve kartınızdan tahsil edilen tutar:
- Pro – Aylık: $25.00 + KDV $5.00 = $30.00 / ay
- Pro – Yıllık: $99.00 + KDV $19.80 = $118.80 / yıl
Abonelik tekrarlayan ödeme ile çalışır: seçtiğiniz dönem (ay/yıl) sonunda ücret, kayıtlı kartınızdan otomatik olarak yeniden tahsil edilir. Ödemeler Stripe altyapısı üzerinden güvenli (256-bit SSL) olarak alınır.
4. İfa / Teslimat
Hizmet dijital ve anında ifa edilir: ödeme onaylandığı anda aboneliğiniz aktive edilir ve panel ile eklenti Pro özelliklerine lisans anahtarınızla erişirsiniz. Detaylar: Teslimat & Hizmet İfası.
5. Cayma Hakkı
Dijital içerik/hizmetlerde, tüketicinin onayıyla ifaya başlanması hâlinde yasal cayma hakkı sona erebilir (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15). Buna rağmen ilk satın almada 14 gün koşulsuz iyiniyet iadesi sunarız. Koşullar: İptal & İade (Cayma Hakkı).
